At Key Pop, we aim to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note that personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If this applies, it will be noted on the product page or we will contact you if there is any significant delay.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offer will be subject to the terms stated at the time of promotion.

Domestic shipping (Australia)

Estimated delivery times within Australia are generally:

  • Standard shipping: 2–8 business days after dispatch

  • Express shipping: 1–4 business days after dispatch

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Estimated delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination, customs processing, and the carrier used. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative only.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges that may apply in their country.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, delays can sometimes occur due to shipping carriers, customs, high order volumes, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Incorrect shipping details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been placed.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at keypopau@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will work with you and, where applicable, the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate outcome.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
